Bosavern is ideally situated for long or short walks. The scenery is spectacular with reminders of the area’s tin mining heritage along the coast to the north. The sea and coastal path can be reached from the farm via a footpath across the fields through the lovely and secret Cot Valley. Breathtaking scenery, blue sea, cliff tops, secluded coves, wild flowers, seals, dolphins, occasional basking sharks, and sea birds are all part of the walking experience. Numerous well-marked inland footpaths make it ideal for circular walks without needing a car. Apart from the coastal path, St Michaels way and the Tinners Way provide for longer distance walks.

Cape Cornwall has an 18 hole golf course and holiday membership is available. It has a 45m heated indoor swimming pool and non golfers can use the bar and dining facilities.
